Lecturer Barombong Merchant Marine Polytechnic Joe Ronald Kurniawan Bokau Successfully Defends Doctoral Thesis at Korea Maritime & Ocean University, Saturday(24/5)

Busan, South Korea – A remarkable academic milestone has been achieved by Joe Ronald Kurniawan Bokau, a faculty member of Politeknik Pelayaran Barombong (Barombong Merchant Marine Polytechnic), who has officially completed his doctoral thesis defense at Korea Maritime & Ocean University (KMOU).

Mr. Joe Bokau successfully defended his dissertation titled “Risk-Oriented Navigational Assessment Framework in Archipelagic Littoral Domain”, a pioneering study that contributes to enhancing maritime navigational safety and strategic risk evaluation in complex coastal and archipelagic waters.
